ARROWHEAD TOUR MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
Join anytime during the 2009 calendar year and be eligible immediately for every AJGT event through December of 2009. You will receive your 2009 membership kit as soon as you join the tour. The 2009 membership kit includes an AJGT log metal combo divot tool/ball marker, an AJGT logo beach side golf towel, an AJGT logo range ball bag, a personalized AJGT logo bag tag, an AJGT bumper sticker, and AJGT logo sunblock. Once have you have joined the Arrowhead Junior Golf Tour, you may enter any tournament event by clicking "Tournaments" on the website homepage and then clicking "Sign Up" for the tournament in which you'd like to participate. THREE-MONTH PAYMENT PLAN: The AJGT is offering a new 3-Month Payment Plan throughout 2009, where you $195.00 Standard Membership charge is spread out over three equal monthly payments of $65.00 each. Simply sign up online and request the 3-Month Payment Plan in "Special Instructions" or call us at 850-650-6331. The 3-Month Payment Plan is also available for Express Membership Purchases.
